Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

All items bought online and shipped to your home are hand packaged and processed by our awesome team at Annie McGuire Interiors. We do our best to have orders packaged and ready to be shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. 

All items are shipped from our Medicine Hat location. Please allow for 24 hours from the time of your purchase for us to confirm availability of your order. We do our best to keep our online inventory up-to-date, but stock levels are not guaranteed. If your purchased item(s) is/are unavailable, you will be notified via email and refunded immediately. 

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your package is on its way with the tracking number. Inside your package is also a printed version of your order confirmation. If you choose to return any item(s) from your order, the confirmation will need to be included in your return package, so please keep it handy!

At this time, we do not offer free returns, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay any fees associated with postage when sending back an item for return. 




Curbside Pick-up

We are happy to offer curbside pickup as an option on orders being purchased from our Medicine Hat location, free of charge. At check out, simply choose the curbside pick-up option. We will do our best to have your order ready to pick up within 24 hours of placement, and will email you when it is ready.

Standard Item Shipping

Our standard shipping applies to our small- and regular-sized items (like clothing, candles, soaps, towels, etc.) that can be easily shipped. For our standard item shipping, please allow 2-12 days on average from the shipping date to receive your items, or for faster delivery select expedited delivery. Below is our current shipping rates:

$0 - $199.99 (< 5 lb)  $15
$200 and up (> 5 lb) 



Furniture and Larger Items

For furniture and any orders containing items (>10 lb), we will potentially prepare a custom shipping quote for your order.

At checkout, any items you wish to purchase that are heavier to ship will have one of two options:

1. Pre-determined shipping cost depending on where you are located in Canada. 

2. For items that do not offer a shipping option we ask that you reach out to us via online chat or call our store at (403) 527-8883 so that we can provide you a quote to ship these larger item orders. 


The cost of shipping from Canada to the US will vary depending on the shipping company, the package size, weight, and the destination. For a package weighing 1 lb (0.45 kg) and going to the US, the estimated cost for UPS Ground is around $20, UPS 3 Day Select is around $30, UPS 2nd Day Air is around $40, and UPS Next Day Air is around $60.
