Shipping
Carefully packed, from our door to yours.
Every item bought online is hand-packaged and processed by our team at Annie McGuire Interiors. We do our best to have orders packaged and ready to ship within 1–3 business days of order placement.
How we ship: you choose the delivery option at checkout. We then select the best carrier for your order, including Canada Post, Purolator, DHL Express or freight for furniture, to get it to you safely and on time.
Availability
Please allow 24 hours from purchase for us to confirm availability. We do our best to keep online inventory up to date, but stock levels are not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable, you'll be notified by email and refunded immediately.
Tracking
Once your item ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. A printed copy of your order confirmation is included in your package; keep it handy, as it's needed for any return.
Return postage
We do not currently offer free returns. Customers are responsible for any postage fees when sending an item back.
Furniture & home décor
Furniture delivery across Canada
Furniture delivery is available to every province and territory in Canada. No delivery charge is calculated at checkout for furniture. Instead, select Furniture Delivery – Canada-Wide and we'll take care of the rest.

We confirm your delivery
Depending on your location and the items ordered, delivery may be free or may have an added charge. We'll contact you to confirm before your order ships, and no delivery charge is added without your approval.

Delivered to your door
Once confirmed, we schedule delivery and keep you updated until your furniture arrives.
Free local delivery in Medicine Hat: free local delivery is available on select furniture and home décor items within the Medicine Hat area. Prefer to collect it yourself? Free curbside pickup is also available at our showroom.

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships. Remote and northern addresses may take longer. If your order includes both furniture and smaller items, the smaller items are charged at the rates above.

Shipping rates, duties included
All US orders ship duties prepaid. US import duties are calculated and shown at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your order arrives.
